KMDA is a statutory authority functioning under the administrative control of Urban Development Department of Government of West Bengal. KMDA has different categories of assets like Commercial Buildings, Recreational Properties, Residential Plots, Co-operative Societies and Lands. These assets are allotted to beneficiaries on Rental / Lease basis. Few assets are sold out.
